Flush commands

Clears failed or pending MDM commands from the queue.

What It Does

Removes stuck or failed management commands that are queued for the Mac. This is useful when commands have failed and are blocking new ones, or when pending commands are no longer needed.

How to Use

  1. Open the device, tap More and select Flush Commands

  2. Choose one of the following options:

    • Failed Only - clears only commands that have failed

    • Failed and Pending - clears both failed and pending commands

Note: Flushing pending commands will cancel any queued actions that haven't been delivered to the device yet.
